Twenty Dollars Reward. RUNAWAY from the Subscriber on Thursday the 9th Inst. a NEGROMAN named SAM, about 24 Years old, but appears by his Countenance to be much older, a tall, stout, well built Fellow, in Colour a dark yel-low. has a very large Foot, he speaks pretty good English, but with something of the Dutch Accent, which Language he has some little Knowledge of, having been brought up in a Dutch Family on Long-Island ; had on an old flap'd Hat, a strip'd blue and white Tow-Cloth Coatee and Velt, a white home-spun linen Shirt, a Pair of twill'd Tow-Cloth Trowsers patch'd on the Knees with plain Tow-Cloth, and was bare-foot when he left Home. Whoever will take up said Negro, and secure him, or return him to the Subscri-ber, shall be entitled to the above Reward, and all necessary Charges. JOSIAH BURR. New-Haven, October 11th, 1783.
