Ran away from me the Subscriber, of East Hampton, on Long Island, the 11th of June last, a NEGRO Man Slave named PRINCE, but has since called himself sundry different Names: He lived about Six Years with Mr. Daniel Denison, at Stonington, in New London County; is about 28 Years old, of midling Stature and Bigness, and straight limed; tells various Stories to prevent his being taken for a Runaway. Had on a Kersey Waistcoat of a redish cast, with Cuffs, striped Towcloth Trousers, with a patch of the same on one or both Knees, whited Towcloth Shirt, and a Castor Hat with a white Loop. Whoever will take up said Slave and return him to me the Subscriber in East Hampton, or secure him in any of his Majesty's Goals, so that I may have him again, shall receive THREE DOLLARS Reward, and all necessary Charges paid by me. JOHN MULFORD. July 5, 1773.
