RAN AWAY, FROM the subscriber on the 20th ult. an indented Boy six-teen years of age, named John Gardner. Said Boy wore and carried away with him a short woollen coat, a swansdown vest, two pair large woolen trowsers, two cotton shirts, two check'd do. a pair half boots, a pair of shoes, a felt hat, and an old great-coat, together with several other articles not recollected. Whoever will return laid Runaway to his master, shall receive Eight Dollars Reward, and all necessary charges paid.--All masters of vessels are forbid carrying off, harbouring, concealing, employing or trusting him, on penalty of the law.
