A RUN-AWAY. RUN-away from his master on Wednesday the 3d inst. a Negro man named Horace, or Horace Battis, nearly 31 years of age, and by law has four years to serve; he is stout and well made, about 6 feet high, can read and write, and is a good house servant - is supposed to be secreted in this city. All persons are hereby warned from harbouring, giving aid or any protection to said Negro under penalty of the law, nor will any expence be paid for his support or sickness during his absence.
