20 DOLLARS REWARD. STOLEN from the subscribers in Marlborough, state of Connecticut, on the 12th ult. a HORSE, SADDLE and BRIDDLE, which property has been taken on our former advertisement in the town of Woodstock, and has since been recovered. The thief calling himself D. Wells, escaped from Landlord C. W. Noyes, of said Woodstock on the 24th of last month, was pursued and heard of in the town of Berry, in Massachusetts - He is described by said Noyes as follows: pale face, red or sandy hair and beard, about five feet and eleven inches in height, between forty and forty-five years of age, lame in his left leg, and carries or turns his toes of the same foot outward in walking; had on when he escaped a dark bottle green great-coat, blue surtout, striped swansdown vest, new felt hat, snuff colored velvet pantaloons, and black stockings. Whoever will apprehend said thief and secure him in any gaol in the United States, and give information of the same so that he may be brought to justice, shall be entitlted to the above reward and all reasonable charges paid by ASAHEL BEMISS, AARON PHELPS. N.B. The printers of the several newspapers in this and the adjoining States are requested to give publicity to the above. Marlborough, June 16.
