Ran away from the subscriber, about the first of December last a black girl, fourteen years old, an indented servant by the name of Cloe Maranda, bound by the select men of Hartford to Oliver Goodrich, junr of Kensington. She belonged to the town of Hartford, whoever shall take up said girl and return her to me, shall have three dollars reward and all reasonable charges paid. All persons are forbid harboring, or concealing or employing her, under penalty of the law.
