Run away from the subscriber on the 10th of May inst a negro man by the name of Newport, a short thick fellow; wore away a long blue coat, between 50 and 60 years of age, greyheaded, speaks bad English, a sail-maker by trade. Whoever will take him up and return him to me shall have ten cents reward and necessary charges paid. All persons are forbid harboring, aiding, assisting, or employing him, as they would avoid the penalty off law.
