RUN-AWAY from the subscriber on the 23d of February, an indented Negro boy named Jim Philips, about 17 years old, about midling size, had on when he went away, a light mix'd coloured coat and trowsers. Whoever will take up said Negro and return him to his Master, shall have two pence reward and no charges. All persons are forbid harbouring said Negro, on penalty of the law. NOAH JUDSON.
