RUN away from his Master, on the 28th day of September last, a Negro Man Servant, called Stephen, about five feet six inches high, 35 years of Age, his little finger on his right hand is cut off - he says he was born on Long-Island, in the family of a Mr. Townsend, and that he has a wife on Long-Island - he took no cloathes with him, except those on his back, which were a Check Shirt, Tow Trowsers, and an old brown Vest; It is supposed he will try to get to Long-Island. Whoever will take up said Negro, and put him in prison, and send word to his Master, so that he may obtain him again, shall have Five Dollars reward. BARNABAS DEANE. Hartford, October 22, 1792.
