TWENTY DOLLARS REWARD
RAN-away from the subscribers on the night of the 5th of June last, two Negro Men Slaves, one named Pompey, about 29 years old, something of a pale complexion, one of his fore fingers stiff, and near the end perished, with a scar almost the length of it, also another scar on the left side of his belly nearly under his waistband, occasioned by having a cancer cut out. The other, named Ishmael, about 22 years of age, is of a black complexion, has a scar on his forehead and another on his right temple, near his eye, has thick lips and a clumsy lounging gait; both of them are of a middle size, but rather tall. Whoever will return the said Negroes, or either of them, so that their masters may have them again, shall be entitled to the reward of Ten Dollars for each, and all reasonable charges, to be paid by us.
