FIVE DOLLARS REWARD. Run away from Josiah Phelps, of Windsor, on the 13th of May, a negro fellow named Tom, about five feet four inches high, one of his fore fingers is straight, stutters some, about 40 years old, and slim built - took away with him one blue and one brown coat, woolen vest and breeches. All masters of vessels and others are forbid harboring or taking away said negro, as I shall pay no cost if he becomes chargeable. FREDERICK PHELPS. Harwinton, August 27, 1790.
