RUN-away from the subscriber the 16th instant, a short thick and well made Negro fellow named PETER, talks good English, very well looking for his colour; had on an old felt hat, a fustian coat and overhalls, a red boradcloth vest, a pair of new shoes and buckles, his hair newly cut close; carried away a short mixt colour'd coat and green vest, perhaps he may have them on. Whoever will take up said Negro and return him to the subscriber, shall have SIx Dollars reward and all necessary charges paid, by Hezekiah Bissel East Windsor, April 17, 1790
