Run-away from their master last saturday night a yellow Negro Man and Mungerel Squaw; the man about 26 years old, 5 feet 8 inches high, lame in his right knee, goes a little halt; had on brown colored clothing, and carried with him a violin, a brown great coat, some striped shirts and other small articles. The Squaw about 22 years old, pretty likely, well built, strait and rather slim; carried with her a callico goun and short goun, a black drawboy old cloak, a red and green cape habbit, a black bonnet and a number of small articles. Whoever will take up and return said runaways, shall receive Ten Dollars reward for both, of Five for either, and reasonable charges, by, WILLIAM WADSWORTH. N.B. The man is a slave for life, the Squaw is bound for a number of years. Hartford, May 29, 1786.
