AUGUST 18, 1778. TEN DOLLARS REWARD. RUN away from the subscriber, living in New-Hartford, Litchfield County, the night foltowing the 16th inst. a negro man, named Neptune, 24 years of age about 5 feet 7 inches high, well set, something pock broken, has scars on his knees, the toes on each foot almost gone, part of two toes grow together on one foot, and speaks good English. Had on when he went away a strip'd woolen shirt, linen frock and trowsers and a light horseman's hat, with No. 62 on it. Whoever will take up said negro, and secure him so that his master may have him again shall receive the above reward, and all necessary charges, paid by ABRAHAM PETTIBONE.
