RUNAWAY the night after the 14th instant, a negro man named Dick about 24 years old, about five feet high not thickset has a scar on his left arm above his elbow, cut by an ax, had a blue coat a brown millcolour'd one an old one two vests, one beverhat cut in fashion two pair of leather breeches and other cloaths.
