DESERTED from Capt. Barnard's company in Col. Wyllys's regiment, one John Slack, about 19 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches high, well set, lightish brown hair, greyish eyes, something pitted with the small pox. Whoever secures said deserter or returns him to the subscriber shall have 5 dollars eward and necessary charges paid, by CHARLES MILLER, Lieut. Hartford, April 24, 1777.
