RUN away last Monday from the party of recruits enlisted by the subscriber, one John Smith, about 25 years of age, 6 feet high, born in Hamsted on Long Island, but last from Litchfield, had on a frock and striped trowsers, a small impediment in his speech, but talks too much, dark brown hair, has been followed to the westward, and told on the road he was going into the service under Cap. Grant of Litchfield. Four Dollars reward and reasonable charges will be paid to the person that shall take up and return said run-away to JONATHAN GILLET, Lieut. in Capt. Rowley's Comp. Col. Huntington's Regiment.
