Sharon, January 30, 1775. RUN-away from Sharon, on Saturday the 28th of this instant, one John Thomas, who has stolen several bags and other things. He is a short thick man, about 40 years old --- Had on when he went way a green or brown surtout coat, green double breasted jacket, green trowsers, and commonly wears a green cap. 'Tis strongly suspected the above person set fire to two large barns in Sharon, belonging to Joel Hervey, wherein was, besides a large quantity of hay, grain, &c. seven likely horses, all consumed by the fire. Whoever will apprehend the above John Thomas, so as he may be brought to justice, shall have a reward of ten dollars, and all reasonable charges paid, by me, JOEL HERVEY.
