Run-away from Stephen Goodwin of Goshen, on the 4th instant, a Negro Man, named Jeffrey, about 26 Years old, a short Feltow, his Hair lately cut off; had on a Felt Hat and half wore, a strip'd linnen and tow Shirt, and one pair Trowsers of the same Kind, 2 pair Tow Cloth, ditto mill colour'd full'd Cloth Waistcoat, with small Cuffs on the Sleves, a black and blue mix'd colour'd Coat, Metal Buttons, and an old pair Shoes, and may have a forg'd Pass. Whoever will take up and return said Negro to his Master, shall have THREE DOLLARS Reward and necessary Charges paid by STEPHEN GOODWIN. August 7, 1774.
