RUN away from Elihu Hyde of Spencer Town on the 17th day of instant April, a Negro Man about 26 years of age, had on when he went away a mix'd colour'd short coat, black and blue, an under double breasted waistcoat, one side of it plaid, dirty leather breeches, blue stockings and double soal'd shoes, his hair com'd out and tied up, an old brown wool hat, about 5 feet 8 inches high round shouldered, carries his head stooping forward. Whoever shall take up said negro and deliver him to said Hyde, shall have Seven Dollars reward and all necessary chares paid, by ELIHU HYDE. April 18, 1774.
