Run away from me the subscriber, on the 26th day of Dec. instant, a servant boy named George White, about 19 years old, 5 feet 6 inches high, had on when he went away an old felt hat, a brown out side jacket an old cloth colour'd under ditto, a check flannel shirt, a pair of buckskin breeches, a pair black yearn stockings, and old shoes. Whoever will take up said runaway and return him to his master, shall have six pence reward and no charges paid by me, Ichabod Wadsworth. N B All masters of vessels and heads of families are forbid to take in said servant, or his harbour him on peril of the law. East Windsor, Dec. 26, 1773.
