RUN away from Eliakim Deming of Farmington, in Hartford county, on the 13th of instant April, an indentured servant, who calls himself by the name of Royce Davis, of a pale complexion, about 5 feet high, short flat nose, about 35 years of age, wore his own curl'd bushy black hair, an old felt hatt, an old bearskin great coat, the bottom of it cut off and patched, a dark colour'd waistcoat without sleeves, a check woolen shirt, a pair of shoes, with the straps turned in, tied with strings, is a very good workman at the farming business. Said Davis has been twice convicted of stealing, and has been punished and bound out for the cost. - He took with him a little black Dog called Penny, with short legs. 'Tis supposed he is going to the westward. Whoever shall take up said run away and secure so that is master may have him again, shall have Two Dollars reward, and all necessary charges paid, by ELIAKIM DEMING. Farmington, April 22, 1771.
