RAN-AWAY From his master Epaphras Bull of Hartford, in Connecticut on the night of the 12th inst. One WILLIAM DAWSON by name, who was assigned to him in service, by the hon County Court for the County of New London, in November last, for the term of fifteen years, upon a prosecution and conviction then had against him for Theft. He is a person about thirty years old, five feet and about seven inches high thin visage, but well sett, of a light complexion, light hair, which he wore, grey eyes; of good address, has been a traveller, and of Irish extract. Had on when he went off and carried with him a brown bearskin surtout, short green coat, black under vest, black [...] breeches, poor shoes, grey stockings, & a castor hatt that has had a lace sewed upon it. Whoever will apprehend and secure the Run-away in any of his Majesty's Goals on this continent, shall upon notice and application to his said master, be intitled to the one half of the term of his said service, And as they said Dawson is supposed to be of the party and gang of villains that have long infested the roads and country from Philadelphia to New-York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Boston, it is very probable he mat soon alter his dress and appearance, and the public are desired to be very vigilant in their observations, least he escape their nontice.
